If you are the right candidate for this position, your primary duties will include:
  • Benefit administration for a variety of clients
  • Reconcile deductions collected and invoice payments due
  • Audit carrier invoices monthly
  • Assist preparing client benefit renewal packages
  • Complete spreadsheet templates to compare benefit plans for client renewals
Experience you’ll need to be successful in this position:
  • Mathematic aptitude, strong Excel skills, and basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong problem solving/analytical ability are key
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate information within tight deadlines
  • 2+ years’ experience in an Employee Benefit Administration, Accounting or Bookkeeping environment
  • Experience with PrismHR software would be a plus
